The menu is designed to be served in courses, as a tasting menu, tasting many flavors as opposed to one big one. Dishes are a part of a series and so portions are “piccolo.”  The suggested five course tasting, where the diner gets to select their courses, is the best way to experience Piccolo. However, splitting the entire menu with another person, while filling, is an exceptional experience.

Food sensitivities: This menu is most often naturally gluten free with gluten courses being adjusted if possible. Vegetarians that eat seafood can be easily accommodated. Parties with other food accommodation needs should chat with the restaurant about the menu at the time (menu changes about every six weeks).
