Please join us on Tuesday, February 14th for a special seven-course pre fixe menu with optional wine pairings!  Chef Flicker will be cooking in the kitchen and has put together a truly special menu for those looking to celebrate Valentine's Day!  

The cost of the dinner is $90/person.  The wine pairings will be an additional $60/person.

Cauliflower soup with Dungeness crab, brown butter and chive

Raw potato with fennel, geoduck and fresh herbs

Potato gnocchi with black truffle, squash glaze and Comte cheese fondue

Whitefish with lobster ragout, coconut pudding, lemon grass and cilantro

Rabbit “tasting”  with sun chokes, black garlic and sherry

Veal tenderloin with tuna conserva and egg ravioli, Swiss chard and reggiano

Mulberry custard with white chocolate, cardamom, and whipped creme
